Modern fleet
Kuypers Neer is a partner for a wide range of logistics services, in the Netherlands and (dutchspeaking) Belgium. We have a modern fleet with a wide diversity of trucks and trailers, we also have LHVs (or Ecocombi's), offering 40% more loading capacity in a standard configuration. In addition, our fleet includes trucks with tailboards, crane trucks and various truck mounted forklift trucks. All this makes loading and unloading easier still.
The entire fleet is equipped with advanced onboard computers and track & trace technology, pinpointing the geographical location of any vehicle at any time. This provides continuous control and management of the goods flow, enabling us to keep our customers informed of the latest status.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Kuypers Neer is managed with respect for our living environment (man, nature and society). This means, among other things, that we find safety and attractive terms of employment for our staff of great importance. We also focus on the environment for social projects and initiatives.
We at the same time make structural investments in knowledge and training with continuous attention for innovations within the transport and logistics sector.
Lean and Green Award
Within the framework of corporate social and environmental responsibility, Kuypers Neer has set itself the goal of reducing its CO2 emissions by at least 20% by the end of 2012. Inspired by being awarded a 1st Lean and Green Star, we have developed a program of continues improvement. Based on the success of the initial plan for the Lean and Green program, we have extended the measurements to reduce CO2 emissions. Which has led in 2022 to being awarded a 4th Lean and Green Star; the leading label in the logistics sector. Measures taken by Kuypers Neer aimed at reducing CO2 emissions include:
Deployment of LHV's (Ecocombi's) in a variety of configurations;
Improving cooperation with our customers, thereby looking for network connections and combining in- and outbound flows to reduce the number of traffic movements;
Training and education for drivers;
Technical optimization of vehicles to reduce fuel consumption;
Purchasing more energy-efficient and cleaner vehicles;
